“ The atmosphere was inviting, and my friends and I immediately loved the vibe of the area. We visited for two evenings, and both were memorable. The first night, we ordered the lasagna, and it was delicious- probably the best lasagna I’ve had in a long time. On our second visit, we tried the bio beef burger with french fries, and the meat, grilled on an outdoor grill, was very good. What added to our great experience was the fact that the Duna Brewery is located in the same quarter, so we could order their refreshing lemonade and beer to accompany our meals. Overall, we were very satisfied with both the food and the atmosphere. ”

The meals were based on local products. 3. To summarize: We recommend the restaurant wirhout any reservations. However, please reserve a table in advance. The restaurant is definetely for gourmets and not for those, who wish simply to fill their stomach! ”
“ Felt very special on a Wednesdays night. Chef Žanis solo night with 5 dishes (you can choose which would you like to try) and have a great time at the chefs table and enjoy a nice chat. Fresh take on some of the very old traditional Latvian dishes and absolutely great price / performance as this place deserves a Michelin recommendation or even more. Will return again. The slow cooked trout was a highlight for sure. ”

The food was very well presented on the plate and tasty And the place was super cool and pretty. Prices are very good for this experience. Definitely recommend! ”
